Your WHMCS client account is where you manage billing and services. The game server control panel is where you start, stop, configure, and monitor the server.
Access from your NovaGameHost account
- Log in to the NovaGameHost Client Area.
- Open Services, then My Services.
- Select the active game server you want to manage.
- Use the control-panel login or management link shown on the service page. Your welcome email may also contain a direct panel link.
First login
Check the inbox and spam folder of the email address used for the order. If the panel asks you to create or reset a password, follow the link sent to that address. Your panel password may be different from your WHMCS client-area password.
Security tips
- Use a unique password and never share your owner login.
- If the panel offers additional users or subusers, use that feature for staff access.
- Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or private keys in a support ticket.
If the service is active but no panel link or welcome email is available, submit a support ticket from the account that placed the order.
