This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all NovaGameHost services. You are responsible for everyone who accesses or uses your server.

1. Illegal and harmful activity

You may not use the service for unlawful activity; threats; fraud; exploitation; harassment; doxxing; trafficking; distribution of illegal content; or activity that violates another person’s privacy, safety, or rights.

2. Network and security abuse

Prohibited activity includes DDoS attacks, botnets, malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, exploitation, intrusion attempts, traffic amplification, proxy abuse, cryptomining, and attempts to bypass security or access controls.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

You may not store or distribute pirated games, cracked software, unauthorized copyrighted content, stolen assets, or infringing mods. You must comply with publisher rules, EULAs, workshop terms, and software licenses. Valid legal notices may result in removal or restriction of content.

4. Resource and platform abuse

You may not intentionally overload CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, databases, or network capacity; evade slot or resource limits; run unrelated workloads; resell access without authorization; or interfere with other customers or infrastructure.

5. Game-server conduct

Server communities must comply with applicable law and platform rules. You may not use NovaGameHost to facilitate cheating services, stolen accounts or keys, unauthorized commercial exploitation, or malicious distribution through mods, plugins, maps, or downloads.

6. Spam and communications

Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam advertising, deceptive promotions, and abusive automated communications are prohibited.

7. Enforcement

NovaGameHost may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, remove content, limit traffic, suspend services, or terminate accounts. Severe threats may be acted on immediately and may be reported to providers or authorities. We may consider intent, impact, repetition, cooperation, and remediation.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse through the NovaGameHost contact page or support portal. Include the affected hostname or server, dates, evidence, and a clear description. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
